Virtual Team Event
Virtual Team Event at TeamWorx were popular in May and June. We delivered events using WebEx Teams, MS-Teams, Zoom and Slack together, and Google Meet.
A wide variety of companies participated including DeepMap, Invitae, Fulcrum Digital, CoinBase, Credit Suisse, Facebook, and Marvell.
Who Stole Anti-Matter featured events of 100+ people and averaged just under 2 hours per event, with one event going to 2.5 hours and three clocking in at 90 minutes! It’s always up to the client how much time they have, and we can customize the event to meet your schedule.
Speed Teams had the most events with four on one day alone. The convenience and consistent results with people happy, engaged, and communicating with each other, and the easy format make it a convenience superstar.
Virtual Ping Pong made it’s debut in route to being delivered to over 800 people in late August. It is our first “active” event and has produced an amazing new arena for the virtual home office, expanding the bounds of what we thought possible. Extended testing on dozens of possible ping pong related activities, and creative concepts for activity set-up, allowed us to construct multiple fun events that can be delivered at the home virtual “office.” Look for more from this event as we progress through summer.
Virtual Summer Picnics got its first customer in the form of a week full of options for virtual team building events, all tied together with Virtual Ping Pong as a competitive thread throughout the week. Each day, Monday through Friday, employees worldwide can sign-up for scheduled virtual team events spanning 12 hours of availability. We cannot wait to deliver this incredible experience!
Virtual Lunchtime used both Zoom + Slack, and MS-Teams as a platform in two different events. We leave the threads available after the event for several days as people come back to add more and learn more from the creations made during the activity.
