Huntington Beach Team Building Events, even for large groups of engineers and senior level construction officers, can be turned into a challenging and fun competitions. We integrated fun “construction” challenges and trivia, in addition to the incredibly fun and colorful features of downtown, into their Huntington Beach Team Building Event.  We combined fun beach challenges with dozens of fun pictures and discovery items downtown to give Atkinson the best of the Huntington Beach Team Building Event possible!

In the Mobile Adventure, teams choose how intensely they want to pursue winning versus  seeing the sites, adventuring versus finding the perfect spot. In the case of Atkinson Construction there were mostly teams pursuing excellence, with a few teams more anchored to cold beverages. All of the questions in the event are visible outside so we don’t disturb any of local businesses. This helps to keep a low profile and ride the wave of good vibes in Surftown USA! Atkinson ended for a wonderful dinner on the beach at Duke’s where we announced the results and cheered for the winning team! People were universally surprised at how fun the event was, and how much better they got to know each other by trying to win and navigate the course.

They appreciated the customized feel and “construction” themed activities that challenged the group in ways they were proficient and that matched their interests. Since people came from different divisions and different regions, they had a chance to get to know their teammates much better. Huntington Beach offers a safe, 6 square block area, with a rich array of options for an entire adventure of 2 to 4 hours. People are contained in a manageable space which makes nighttime events easy and safe, and day time events manageable for weather concerns of heat or cold.
