Crime Solving Team Building with Ruiz Foods
Since 1964, Ruiz Foods has consistently met the challenge of the growing demand for tamales, enchiladas, and burritos by becoming the largest manufacturer of frozen Mexican food in the United States. Last Friday, a group of marketing staff from Ruiz Foods came together to form an International Crime Scene Investigators unit and participated in a crime solving team building. This team learned how to gather information from the crime scene just like a real investigator, they had the opportunity to interrogate suspects, and the Ruiz Foods marketing staff stepped up to the most challenging aspect of solving a crime, compiling the information to form a conclusive case. Crime Solving Team Building events can be very fun, however transferring the benefits back to the work place is the challenging part and the part with the most potential ROI.
Crime solving team building events like the iCSI corporate team building event (International Crime Scene Investigators) with TeamWorx invite the types of conversations we help your team create in our Dynamic Discourse™ teamwork training. We help groups to use facts to challenge their assumptions and get outside of their preconceived paradigms, which is exactly what solving a crime requires. It’s not what you know, it’s what you can prove!
The Ruiz Foods staff truly did a fantastic job gathering evidence, keeping a clear direction, and working as a complete unit to solve this crime. The ICSI program is a challenging program in that this program forces your group to think strategically, formulate a conclusion based on evidence, and involves intense teamwork. Hats off to the Ruiz Foods staff for not only coming together as team but also correctly solving this mystery! The iCSI program is the perfect program for those teams that are looking for more from their team building event.
