CSI Las Vegas Team Building with Bridgestone

CSI Las Vegas Team Building is a great Las Vegas themed team building event. For Bridgestone, the largest manufacturer of tires in the world with approximately141 production facilities in 24 countries, it was also an opportunity to test their nationwide team of store auditors. The auditors job is to investigate potential theft or irregularity in stores located across the country, so the CSI Las Vegas Team Building event was a perfect fit. The auditors had a chance to showcase their skills and also had the opportunity to work with people in all levels and divisions within the corporate office. The CSI Las Vegas Team Building event was a great way to put a “face to the name” while interacting in fun ways.  

The auditors enjoyed the fact that they were able to actually interrogate each of the four suspects, played by senior stakeholders from Bridgestone Corp. This was a great way to get to know the senior leadership, and for senior leadership to see first hand what they actually do in the field. They also thrived on the evidence discovery portion where they where Orange glasses just like on the TV show and discover evidence on numerous officially sealed samples including: a carpet fragment, wine bottle, secret pen, torn shirt, official documents, a copy of Jet Setting Magazine, a flashlight, and a torn paper fragment.

We partnered with Bridgestone’s HR team to design a before and after session to connect the learning back to the objectives in the field. We framed the event at the outset to prepare people to think about how it feels to discuss and problem solve as a team for this event, and how that may be the same or different than in the field. At the end we identified the needs of the corporate office from these types of interactions, and the concerns and challenges of the auditors in the field when it came to doing the job the most efficiently and effectively.

CSI Las Vegas Team Building is a fun and powerful program that is the closest thing to actually being a character on the show!
