Campbell Team Building with Netflix TeamWork Energizer!
Campbell Team Building is made easy at one of our affordable offsite team building venues. We hosted a team of 50 people from Netflix at a local venue booked by expert booker Libby. She found a spectacular ballroom with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, tables and chairs, and free parking. Netflix made excellent use of the space booking two TeamWorx events in 3 hours. We began with the robot battles team building (see other blog) and then changed up teams and seamlessly transitioned into the TeamWork Energizer team building event.
4 teams competed to earn more money by solving different teamwork challenges. One comment we heard from Netflix, and earlier in the day from Facebook, was that the TeamWork Energizer event is the most inclusive team building event they have done; why?
The TeamWork Energizer team building event is made up of 20 different activities chosen from hundreds over 20 years doing team building. The selections were made based on popularity for sure, and they were made on the concept of connecting with every type of learning style. As both groups mentioned “there is something for everyone to shine.”
Our winning team (pictured above) compiled $43,500 in cash in just over an hour. When compared to the current record of $70,000 set by Google in a two hour event, you can see they were trending toward a record breaking result!
The team that had the least cash spent a significant amount of time on one challenge, problem solving as a team, and ultimately posted the fastest time on the “Group Juggle” activity at 10.511 seconds in the history of the event. In addition to winning, there are multiple opportunities for success and for truly exceptional teamwork type conversations.
I was impressed with all of the teams, and it was refreshing to see a team deep dive into one of the challenges and achieve a truly spectacular result.
