Virtual Team Building for Large Companies
Virtual Team Building for large companies can take the form of flexible schedules that allow multiple opportunities for employees to sign-up for team building throughout a one day, two day , or three day format. We completed our first of 4 straight weeks of all day, multi-day, virtual events with Cadence. Multiple divisions booked three-days of team building opportunities; each of our events are being offered several times throughout the three day period people many chances to do all or some of the virtual team building.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the awesome events that you and your team hosted this week! Everything went smooth and everyone that joined the events had a blast! You guys did such a great job with all your programs! Christine and I enjoyed all of them as well 😊 I wish you good luck with all the events with the other groups in Cadence in the coming weeks! We will miss working with you (really more of having fun than work 😉) and hopefully we get to work with you again someday!

Throughout the three-day events we see work teams, individuals, and families join and give the virtual team building world a try.
Families were found in high-density in the In It to Win It tournament. This event works great for families for several reasons. We send out the In It to Win It Tournament Handbook in advance so families can scour their homes for the supplies needed, or make a quick trip to the market. It’s not necessary to have all of the items to compete, but it does give you a better chance to go to the finals. Families chose the best person for each event, or just rotated turns, or in one case they all did the activity at the same time!
Work teams thrived in the Escape Room and Who Stole Anti-Matter, as their existing communication helped to have success with complex problem solving.
Individuals thrived in the Speed Teams events, and the Virtual Lunch events, as they emphasized social interaction. Speed Teams requires teams to sound out what they are thinking to have success, and Virtual Lunch is designed to create interesting “informal-like” conversations. It provides the type of water cooler and lunch conversations – and therefore connections – we miss from in person contact.
It was nice to see many familiar faces in the events coming back to try something new after a great experience in another event. It’s amazing the familiarity we can create in just a few days with people in a division with over 400 people
A huge thank you to Cadence for trusting us with your people for 3-Days – we had a great time and look forward to three more weeks of excellent team building.
