Meta Las Vegas Teambuilding
A Meta Las Vegas teambuilding at the Green Valley Ranch was a huge success. Nine teams gathered inside a ballroom at the beautiful Henderson based resort and escaped the hustle and bustle of the strip in lieu of peace, relaxation, and real team bonding.
Meta chose Robot Build and Battle 2 as they preferred teams of 8 to 10 people. This unit was from Metadata.io, the folks that can find your exact target marketing audience anywhere in the world.
They were super energized and ready for the task at hand, with three teams finishing the robot build in around one hour. Our winning team (pictured above) finished with an impressive time of 59:14 (fifty nine minutes and fourteen seconds), finishing just outside the top 15 best times!
We had most teams ready for our first official melee style combat round, which made the action and the cheering fast and loud! The battles started slow, but as the drivers got used to the battles, the intensity amped up and aircraft grade aluminum could be heard smashing above the loud popping of multiple balloons! We managed to get 6 rounds of points based combat, and a vigorous last bot standing competition which included 8 of the 9 robots!
Green Valley Ranch is an excellent option for corporate meetings in Las Vegas. It is a sprawling property with multiple amenities including several restaurants and a stunning pool. Its location in Henderson makes access to the strip and the airport effortless, while also feeling more like an isolated getaway on a tropical island. The logistics are simple and the staff is warm and personable and easy to work with. All in all, an excellent option for anyone planning a Las Vegas corporate retreat or meeting.
