WebEx Teams Virtual Team Building
A WebEx Teams Virtual Team Building with a group of 6 meeting planners from Apple was a huge success. They divided into two teams and went head-to-head in four rounds of Widji Speed Teams competition. We used WebEx Teams to host Apple and provide the event.
Team 1 and Team 2 ended up tying – with each team capturing two wins apiece. Both teams moved rapidly through the puzzles averaging about 5-7 minutes per round. The teams split the first two rounds of “Famous People” and then Team 1 took the lead with a close victory in “Movie Titles.” Team 2 tied up the results with a win in the final round of “Tech Companies and Social Media Apps.”
Team 1 had time between rounds to post a victory GIF – some wholesome celebrating of a well-earned victory.
Our most frequent question from new users is “Do we have to send you our email addresses?” Understandably companies do not want to risk the chance of compromising their email security, and/or adding to the endless possible channels for spam.
We enabled access for our direct contact to upload the email addresses of her group. This insured she would not have to send us anyone’s email address, and that she could control the information and the make-up of the teams.
One of the solutions to possible hurdles to a successful event is scheduling a pre-event “level-up” to get everyone on board before the event begins. We have a professional moderator that starts with your group from the beginning of the process through the event itself to insure everyone is connected.
With the Apple team, we delivered 6 consecutive flawless rounds of competition – where the fun outpaced the technology!
A huge thank you to Apple for playing Speed Teams Widji Rounds and showing off your creative problem solving prowess!
