Painting Team Building Art Themed with AFLAC
Almost everyone knows AFLAC from their consistent ads displaying a white american duck that quacks the word AFLAC. When choosing a Painting Team Building in Sacramento AFLAC decided on the TeamWorx Painting by the Masters art themed painting team building event. The next obvious choice was to immortalize the duck.
The question was how to immortalize the duck in a flattering fashion, that insurance sales people could also accomplish in about an hour while drinking and having a fun time. Taking those one at a time, the first step was finding the right image. AFLAC did that by scouring the corporate archives for artistic renderings of the duck and found several examples. They sent them to us and we identified the pictures that would also work for the painting team building program. After narrowing their choices, AFLAC decided on the best image and sent it to us to have it converted into a usable form for the program.
We divided their image into 9 separate painters canvases, each with a proprietary “paint by letter” format that allows the images to be reproduced accurately even by drinking insurance sales people. The day of the Painting Team Building event we prepared all of the custom paint samples they would need to mix and create the dozens of colors found within the overall painting. They loved feeling like an artist painter, mixing colors and applying the paint with a deft touch akin to true a “master.”
The final result of the Painting Team Building event was exhilarating for the attendees especially when they saw that the canvases from all of the teams came together to form one cohesive piece of art! Once the paintings had dried we came our to their office and hung the paintings in the hallway where everyone enters and leaves. It is a daily reminder of the great time they had together in Sacramento!
