Sacramento Local Team Building with Vanir
A Sacramento Local Team Building with Vanir at their local headquarters here in Natomas was a huge success. A talented team of 15 folks all worked together to attempt to complete all 20 of the Team Challenges in our TeamWork Energizer competition. Working in pairs, groups of 3,4,5,8 or even all 15 people, Vanir was stellar and completed 19 out of 20 challenges and every bonus challenge except one! They showed persistence, creative problem solving, communication, patience, and enthusiasm over 90 minutes of intense teamwork; all traits of really successful work teams.
The Team Challenges are designed to encourage people to work together to accomplish something, be that stacking large bolts with chop sticks, rolling a ball through plastic tubes, building a modern art sculpture to spec, sounding out picture puzzles, or any of a wide variety of fun activities.
