A Stellar Blockchain Team Building Robot Battles Event!
A Stellar Blockchain Team Building featured great teamwork and greater people. Stellar is a decentralized, open-source blockchain platform that enables fast, low-cost cross-border transactions between any pair of currencies. It is designed to provide a simple, efficient, and secure way to move money around the world. The Stellar network operates using its own native digital currency, the Lumen (XLM), which is used to facilitate transactions and pay for network fees. The Stellar blockchain uses a consensus algorithm known as the Stellar Consensus Protocol (SCP) to maintain the integrity of its ledger and validate transactions.
After work and before heading out, employees have twice engaged in robot battles team building – inviting different groups from different places visiting the home office, along with some home office folks. In place of heading to the local watering hole, or just previous to heading there, Robot Battles is a great way to engage folks in something interactive, novel, and really fun!
Stellar were stellar builders of bots and equally battlers of battle bots, using the fundamentals of blockchain to enhance their own simple and efficient team communication. Using a decentralized and open form of team leadership they mirrored their own technology in a marriage of function, form and fun.
It was truly ilLumenating to observe the stellar way they reached a consensus almost like a human algorithm. All four parts of the robot were built with blazing speed by our winning team with a robust time of 39:34! (Thirty nine minutes and four seconds).
The battles were great and enthusiastic with some former attendees joining-in to battle champions of this round. It was an informal affair with folks chatting, eating, drinking, and having a great time connecting while also battling with robots!
