Sacramento Teamwork Training at Tsakopoulos Library
Working with one of Sacramento’s top and most storied lobbying organizations with the TeamWorx Sacramento teamwork training was inspiring in the meeting room at the Tsakopoulos Library. The room has numerous large windows that allow natural light into a spacious room that feels new and up to date. Teamwork between lobbyists can be tricky, but after a one day training in advanced communication and teamwork, creating a whole greater than the sum of the parts was obtainable. They were able to apply the easy to use values and personality styles tools to their clients to help win friends and influence decision makers!
Sacramento Teamwork Training can also take place at our office at 1008 2nd Street in Old Town Sacramento. We can accommodate up to 25 people. For larger events the Tsakopoulos Library is an excellent alternative, and it is centrally located in downtown Sacramento. If you have a very large group I would suggest the Hyatt Regency downtown directly across from the State Capitol. They have ballrooms that can fit almost any size group.
Teamwork training can benefit people in “individual” businesses such as sales and lobbying. Communication is at the heart of teamwork and at the heart of client relationships. Persuading people as a lobbyist can leverage the same understanding of current research on human behavior as teammates can to grow internal relationships. Leadership is common to success in teams, leading teams, leading clients to say “yes” and leading people to see the value in your client’s interests as a lobbyist.
We use fun games and activities to demonstrate some of the counter intuitive research on human behavior. Experiencing the research first hand helps people to believe and buy-in, and then they can practice using the techniques to improve performance. Taking the first step in the Sacramento teamwork training allows attendees to start using it immediately back in the office or out in the field.
