Leadership Training Interactive Format with Neff Rental
Neff Rental is in the heavy equipment rental business nationwide. They compete against the biggest names in the industry so they have to stay sharp, innovate, and keep ahead of the game. Their margins are directly affected by how well they communicate with customers and employees, collaborate with other regions and branches, and innovate and find creative solutions to keep the revenue flowing. They implemented our Leadership Training Interactive Format for their national and regional leadership teams, and for their sales people out in the field. The Leadership Training Interactive Format allowed them to build solutions from within, getting feedback from all parts of the company using s structured and facilitated format.
The Leadership Training Interactive Format curriculum included current research on human behavior, and it included practicing leadership and teamwork skills that translate immediately back to the field. Neff Rental was able to leverage their training session across their entire location or region which led to a unified approach to improvement. Neff Rental is an excellent example of a company that leverages training into profit: improving sales, retaining the best employees, and finding creative solutions to cut costs and make deals work. We partnered with Neff Rental on the Leadership Training Interactive Format for different regions and for different levels of the company. What worked in one part of the country with regional sales managers, didn’t always work in a different part of the country for field sales people. So we listened and we modified each training to fit each group. Same message, same principles, delivered differently each time.
We learned a lot about Neff Rental’s industry, and about the types of people that fill leach of the unique positions. We left with a profound respect for the people they have, and the great job they do on a daily basis balancing many plates!
