In It to Win It Team Building for 350 People
Like many companies this large property management company chose the TeamWorx In It to Win It Team Building event because they wanted to inspire their entire company of over 350 employees, and make them feel like one team. They have some employees who have worked there 25 or more years and over 1/3 new employees with less then 2 years. The types of jobs are also diverse, from physically maintaining and improving the buildings to selling available space, to managing the entire operation. Add to the challenge, they operate in 3 states and in both southern and northern California.
In It to Win It Team Building is a fun way to integrate all levels of the company with competitive activities that anyone can be good at doing. They competed against other teams, and worked together on the same team, to earn money completing fun and silly challenges. The activities are chosen from the best ones from the TV show, and some we added on our own.
Each region hosted a competition for all of its employees, one in Tacoma for the Northwest, one on San Francisco for northern California, and one in Los Angeles for southern California. Because it was the same competition in all three areas they could compare top scores, share fun memories, and swap stories from their events. It made everyone feel like one company even thought he events were in three different areas. We translated all of the directions onto Spanish and made them two-sided so both languages were accessible to all of the team challenges. In every way, the meeting and the In It to Win It Team Building demonstrated one company – one team!
