DreamWorks CSI Team Building Saves Planet
CSI team building is an incredibly fun team building format that allows teams to experience the thrill of solving a crime by actually building a case against a suspect. Participants in CSI team building get to do the things we see on TV and in the movies, and that actual forensic investigators employ on the job. Several DreamWorks teams managed to identify who stole Anti-Matter and discover and present evidence to back-up their accusation. Like any good CSI plot, many teams went for some of the other suspects that looked guilty, but had no real evidence to prove they committed the crime.
The suspects for the DreamWorks CSI team building were played by four talented senior executives from DreamWorks that enjoyed the interactions with their team, and, of course, tormenting the investigators trying to get to the truth. Some of the teams were able to break down the suspects using evidence and reasoning, and have them admit crucial facts or even guilt. The suspects held their own against less professional or less skilled teams, and were able to evade giving up key information. The full spectrum of the art of interrogation was on display. Teams that were able to really leverage evidence to get what they wanted did much better.
This program ushered in the era of the electronic Crime Solving Assistant or CSA. The CSA allows teams to verify their evidence and results, and earn points to be the winning team. The CSA takes CSI Team Building to a new level by rewarding teams for their excellent lab work and evidence discovery, and allowing teams to have access to 100% accurate results for all labs and evidence.
Working with DreamWorks is always challenging because they are so talented, focused, and have really high standards. Matching wits creatively can be intimidating. To see the smiles and satisfaction at the end of the event, and hear praise from such a reputable source, is testament that iCSI is reaching its ambitious goals.
