CSI Team Building Event SF Bay Area with Thumbtack
Thumbtack is an amazing connector of human beings and needs to services, so it was no surprise they were excellent at “connecting the dots” in a CSI Team Building Event SF Bay Area team builder! Three teams competed inside of a boutique and unique meeting space on Minna Street that doubled as a cook and serve paradise for entertaining. We adapted to our environment and made a worthy CSI headquarters and places for our resident investigators to discover and bring back evidence.
The teams divided task between teammates and coordinated information from evidence discovery, interrogation, lab work, and suspect statements. We had an ex-CSI professional in the audience and she helped to break down suspects and tech other teammates how to do it. Suspects had to “call for a lawyer” after being on the receiving end of a barrage of logical, sequential, circumstantial and yet highly persuasive pieces of actual evidence.
Each team did a great job and they collaborated to achieve a 100% success rate with each team getting the correct suspect and 1 team getting a perfect score!
These were recruiters who were used to reading people, getting to the truth, and matching users with quality services they will want to repeat and become part of their lifestyle. They are problem solvers with outgoing personalities and quick decision making. They read through suspects like your third time with your favorite novel, fast, accurate, and observant. Ultimately they let the evidence guide their vision. They let “how they were looking at the problem” guide them as much as “what they were seeing.” They avoided Confirmation Bias by actually trying to disprove their own theories about which suspect was guilty. Like on the TV show, they looked past the easy and obvious suspect to evidence that actually proved who stole Anti-Matter.
