Holiday Themed Virtual Events
Our best option for Holiday Themed Virtual Events is The Holiday Themed Virtual Escape Room. We had dozens of teams in the first week of The Holiday Escape Room attempt to be the fastest team. One team from Draft Kings managed to set an incredibly fast time to beat at 27:55!
Draft Kings had quit a week inside the TeamWorx myriad array of Virtual Team Events. Most notably, the two fastest times ever recorded on The Corporate Virtual Escape Room were posted. Team “Purple Cobras” set the new World Record time of 23:45 (twenty-three minutes and forty five seconds) – beating the old record by close to 6 minutes!
Remarkably, team “Average Joe’s” missed setting their own new World Record by just ten seconds finishing at 23:55.
The “Purple Cobras” so named by the “Average Joe’s” team, mostly in honor of the unique talent combination of the Cobras that led to the World Record time. Indeed, the Purple Cobras boasted a former college mind puzzle champion, an avid puzzle builder, and 5 analysts that were trained to make real time decisions quickly using available data. This perfect storm led to a hybrid combination of extreme talent, great leadership, and a near perfect performance.
“The Average Joe’s” on the other hand, were a mere collection of random Draft Kings employees with no prior experience in the puzzler or puzzle worlds of competition. And, yet, they were a mere 10 seconds from complete and utter fame, and yet still, 5 minutes and 50 seconds ahead of the next best time ever! The juxtaposition of where they came from, and where they ended up, makes Rocky look like a silver spoon.
Draft Kings was not done demolishing records either! An uber-talented squad set the fastest time for The Holiday Themed Escape Room at 27:55 (twenty seven minutes and fifty five seconds)!
In summary, Draft Kings now holds the three fastest times for both Escape Rooms!
Global teams from Cadence and eBay also joined us this week to compete in The Corporate Virtual Escape Room and The Holiday Virtual Escape Room. Cadence and Draft Kings both had us up early to cater to a European and Asian audience, and three teams from Israel. eBay kept us up late – exercising the opposite end of the clock to fit in as many global folks as possible. A good week for a nap.
