5. Influencing Others, Getting “Buy-In”

“Buy-In” for projects and/or company culture. - Significantly improve engagement, performance, and results from your team.
- Common mistakes motivating, and best practices to insure success.
- Practice getting real buy-in with immediate feedback and improvement.
2. Team Problem Solving
- Improve your teams’ ability to solve problems quickly, efficiently, and with the best possible results.
- Practice solving ascendingly difficult team challenges using the learned tools, skills, and mindset.
- Ongoing improvement model: Debrief, improve, and add a new tool with each new level.
- Map out a plan to inject learning into real, at-work, opportunities, and begin creating a team culture.
4. Innovation and Thinking “Out of the Box”
