Corporate Team Building is Back!
Our first in-person corporate team building team building event in 16 months was a huge hit with anyscale. Thursday July 8th in Berkeley CA we delivered Robot Battles 2 for about 40 people in their beautiful HQ. Everyone had a great time building robots with one team winning the build competition with an impressive time of 47:00 minutes. The other four teams finished shortly after, and we proceeded to have ongoing all-bot melee competitions with up to as many as 5 bots at a time.

Some bots missed some battles as their pit crews furiously worked to repair battle damage and/or the teams collaborated to adapt their robot for better results. An array of truly unique weapons were crafted from seemingly benign parts. Extended battle arms added to the front or even the back of the robot, upside down arms, higher arms, no arms, all possible iterations were sampled in the quest to score more points and flip bots!
It was truly amazing to remember how great it feels to celebrate and have fun together in person. The cheers, the high-fives, the fist pumps, the laughter, is all contagious!
We offer fully vaccinated and mask wearing staff, wipe down supplies, and a a format that can be adjusted for more or less social distancing. Battles can take place outdoors if needed.
