NTT Robot Team Building Event Integrates Sponsors in Las Vegas
NTT is the “AT&T” of Japan, part of a Global 100 company with 100 Billion in revenue and over 10,000 enterprise clients. They invest 2.5 Billion annually in R&D and employ over 6,000 researchers. They are located in over 120 cities worldwide. We worked with a diverse audience from many of these cities and from dozens of countries. NTT required a team building event capable of meeting the demands of high powered global leaders and at the same time accessible to a diverse international group where English was the second language for the majority of people attending. Our Robot Team Building Event was the perfect fit!
In addition to these demands, NTT wanted to actively engage their sponsors in the Robot Team Building Event in a way that would give them actual ROI. We worked with NTT to create customized flags that were integrated into the robots, and that allowed teams to earn stickers for interacting with the sponsors! The result was a creative way to involve the sponsors and allow them to have a captive audience with attendees ina fun way that also gave the teams extra points towards being the winning team. This added a fun interactive element to the Robot Team Building Event that also furthered the goals of the meeting in meaningful ways. In addition, sponsors were thrilled to be involved and that they received actual ROI from the event.
As expected NTT had several teams get extremely close to the world record build time. As with many excellent performing teams, a very fine line separates an extraordinary performance from actually beating the world record. The TeamWorx Robot Team Building Event is perfect for groups like NTT that have a demanding and diverse audience as the competition is challenging yet the instructions and activities are easy to access despite any language barriers. We have worked diligently over the last two years to constantly adapt the format and content of the instructions to have greater success with a wider audience.
Thank you to NTT for a fun, high-energy competition in Las Vegas that ended in a thrilling Battlebot style finale to determine the ultimate winner!
