Remote Team Building with Digital Fulcrum
A remote team building event using MS Teams as a platform for communication and Who Stole Anti Matter as the game, was a huge success with Digital Fulcrum. Digital Fulcrum offers a wide range of digital services including Infrastructure, Managed Innovation, Intelligent Automation, Outsourcing, DevOps and Agile and Systems Integration.
6 Virtual Team Building Events for Remote Teams
“From the beginning Jeff and Wayne were very easy to work with. We had a communication platform that was not yet configured for the exercise, so they spent time making sure there would be no technical glitches. Who Stole Anti Matter itself was thought out in great detail and very fun and interactive. I am glad we put our trust in Jeff and Wayne to help our team build their own trust. Would recommend immensely”

Employees from all parts of the world joined together using MS Teams to save the planet from the theft of Anti-Matter. 6 Teams each used their own private channels to discuss the case and also document evidence on their team message boards. Some teams took advantage of easy access to integrate MS Word and MS Excel to provide enhanced shared document leverage.
Each team used the 45-minute jump start process to become skilled crime fighters armed with actual evidence and interrogation skills. Each team took advantage of the interrogation process to learn new information and figure out who was lying and about what.
4 of the 6 teams figured out who stole the anti matter, of those 4, team 2 and team 3 also laid out plausible narratives supported by evidence. Choosing a winning team between these two teams had us going to the scoring rubric where one category that earns major points is “ruling out suspects.” This is the one area team 3 excelled and eliminated 2 of the suspects with specific evidence or the lack of any evidence.
MS Teams worked well as an integrated solution – offering both a video conference solution and a useful and functional message board with threads and sub threads. In addition, MS Word and Excel are both available to use as advanced organizational tools if needed or desired.
A huge thank you to Fulcrum Digital – a great effort by everyone and a truly fun afternoon event!
