Team Building International Groups – Robots for Senior Executives
Team Building International Groups – Robots are the perfect ice breaker and team bonding agent for international groups exploring America. We recently partnered with WDHB and worked with a Fortune 500 Global company. Their Senior Operations team was engaged in what WDHB calls a “Learning Expedition”:
“Learning Expeditions are highly customized learning experiences. They allow executive teams to immerse themselves into unfamiliar environments and to explore business innovation, resulting in new approaches and strategic development.”
WDHB is one of the most exceptional clients we have worked with because they truly bring innovation and collaboration to the doorstep of senior executives. They arrange for their client to meet with industry leaders from non-competitive markets and from different countries, and exchange ideas. The list of companies that participate is a “who’s who” of tech and industry. The ability to collaborate with top minds in different industries creates new innovation and a competitive advantage for people who have “Seen it all over 20+ years of global experience.”
The expectations were high but also met by our Speed and Skill Robot Team Building event. As part of their Learning Expedition, WDHB integrated the robot team building in a fun venue located in downtown San Francisco. We broke into three teams that competed to build the robot faster than the other teams, and then competed in a series of five robot team competitions.
Robot Team BuildingI truly enjoyed working with Teamworx on their Robot Teambuilding activity. We had a group of 22 participate in a number of challenges through their Speed & Skill competition and as a teambuilding activity, each participant was fully engaged throughout the entire experience creating a sense of comradery, accomplishment and excitement as they tested their building skills. This is an activity that requires no previous skills and you’ll be quite impressed with what your team is able to accomplish in such a short time with just a few instructions and parts. I will definitely be utilizing this activity again with future groups and Wayne did a great job facilitating the entire experience. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!
