The Ukiah police department wanted to learn more about improving their leadership abilities within the department and with the citizens they serve. They connected with TeamWorx to help teach them how to apply the findings, research, and the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership from The Leadership Challenge to the law enforcement profession. Since they are constantly working under stressful conditions together, they also wanted their law enforcement team building event to be fun and allow for a great time with their fellow officers. The combination of a 1/2 day Leadership Training AND a Mobile Adventure was the perfect fit for these officers.
Our training sessions are always interactive and thought provoking, and focus on you interacting with each other while you practice valuable skills and techniques. They also provide an excellent foundation for team building events or Mobile Adventures. People can practice what they just learned and apply it in a fun and friendly competition.
