Capricorn Sustainable Investment Teambuilding
A Capricorn Sustainable Investment Teambuilding event produced huge returns on teamwork investment while sustaining an ultra fun and playful environment! Partners, Directors, Executive Assistants, Managers, Client Solutions, Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Associates, from both coasts, New York and Palo Alto, all participated building the robots and battling the robots!
We convened for a Robot Build and Battle team building event on the 6th floor at their NYC offices in a spectacular setting that infused trust and the highest professional standards. I felt more professional myself just being around what felt like a stellar all-star team of humanity.
We divided into 6 teams, each staking out a flat surface within the office. The teams competed to build the robot faster than each other. The winning build team (pictured above) used teamwork, excellent planning and leadership, and a real sense of urgency to beat the other teams by over 2-minutes!
The battles were the best part with ultra spirited and engaged battles that included loud yelling and cheering, and spontaneous outbursts coinciding with a robot flip or double balloon pop!
We pride ourselves here at TeamWorx on having almost 100% reusable parts in our team building events – very, very, little loss per event, so we were really impressed with the mission of Capricorn.
