Sony PlayStation Team Robot Event

When they went looking for an event that could match their high standards they landed on the TeamWorx Team Robot Event. The event offered them something novel, new, unique, high-tech, and most of all fun!
Teams competed for the world record build time and two of them came within 30 seconds! Sony was able to use the Team Robot Event to emphasize of their key initiatives including: efficient communication, strategic delegation, fostering a “Big Picture” approach, quick problem solving, time management and project management, creativity and originality, “outside the box” thinking and innovation, competitiveness and attention to detail. After completing the robot Sony teams competed in a series of robot competitions. The overlap with video games is evident in the skills required to drive the robot in competition, and the difference being the robot actually exists in time and space.
